SHIPPING POLICY
Orders on our website ship directly from Bella de Aqua studio in Northern California.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more. Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days. Final delivery estimation typically takes 1-7 business days after the order has been shipped. As soon as your order has been processed, we will send an email notification containing the carrier tracking number. International orders are not accepted at this time.

RETURN POLICY
At Bella de Aqua, we are committed to providing the best skincare solutions so you can experience healthier, more beautiful-looking skin while in studio or away. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us a belladeaqua.com or call 916-780-0630.

For a return request of your product please email or call us directly.

1. Please have your order number at hand and call 916-780-0630 or email it to us at belladeaqua@gmail.com. A team member will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if accepted.
2. After authorization, please return your merchandise within 30 days of your purchase with the opened original packaging and invoice for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Write the RA# clearly on the outside of your return package. Returned merchandise received without an RA# will not be automatically refunded.

4. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. A credit should appear on your bank statement within 2 full billing cycles.
5. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Please note that merchandise not purchased directly from belladeaqua.com is not eligible for a refund and should be returned to the original place of purchase.
