In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Bella de Aqua's new location requires us to book more appointments in a single day, less days of the week for better planning of staff and clientele. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bella de Aqua, we are committed to providing the best skincare solutions so you can experience healthier, more beautiful-looking skin while in studio. Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to $50. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will also be charge $50 for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Due to BdQ's new location requirements, we must also pay daily rental rates and schedule more appointments into less days of the week. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times variables (set-up, scheduling, product & planning) are impacted specifically for your service. 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require, in good faith, you understand these policies. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Thank you for your understanding!
